Shipping Policy

We aim to ship your automotive gear quickly and reliably.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)

Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.


30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Items must include all original parts, manuals, and accessories.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery

  • Custom or special-order items (e.g. custom floor mats, engraved plates)

  • Electrical components (e.g. LED kits, sensors) if packaging is opened

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Detailing chemicals or opened liquids

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at pickupoutfitters@dentoni.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval and process your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
